Networking as a Systematic Activity

Filed under: Learning, Manage my network — Arthur M. Gallagher @ 4:29 pm

I found a wikipedia article on “Business Network” with an interesting section of points called “Networking as A Systematic Activity” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_network). I wanted to find out more, as these were just bullet points, but seemed highly relevant to me. Fortunately Leon Winer, the lecturer who aparently wrote the wiki contribution, had a personal page pointing to a site recording his teachings for posterity.

I found the full list of suggested steps at http://www.mbatoolbox.org/stories/storyReader$16. Although they are not ALL relevant to me, there are some pretty useful ideas in there.
